The Servant

I finally finished reading another book for my class and I think this one succinctly sums up, in an entertaining and easy to read manner, what all the other business books that I have read so far are trying to say. To effectively lead you must: 1. Build relationships 2. Focus on the customer not the CEO/management 3. Lead with authority/influence, not power 4. Meet the needs of those you lead (needs not wants) 5. Action vs feeling - Love those you work with and although not a huge point of the book, but mentioned...., get the right people on the team.
